TrailSim ("we", "us") operates trailsim.com, an eSIM recommendation service for outdoor travelers. By using this website you agree to these terms.

Coverage information

Our coverage assessments are compiled from publicly available carrier coverage data and community reports, organized segment by segment along each route. They are careful estimates, not guarantees. Actual mobile signal varies with terrain, weather, network load, your device, and changes carriers make to their networks. Do not rely on any coverage map — ours included — as your only safety plan in remote areas; carry appropriate backup means of navigation and communication for your route.

Route reports

Route coverage reports are currently provided free of charge. We aim to send requested reports promptly but do not guarantee a delivery timeframe. eSIM purchasing is not yet available on this website; these terms will be updated before any paid service launches.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell or misrepresent TrailSim content, use the website to send spam or automated submissions, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Intellectual property

The TrailSim name, logo, website content and report formats are our property. Your route report is for your personal use on your trip.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrailSim is not liable for losses arising from reliance on coverage estimates, from lack of mobile signal on your route, or from interruptions to this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
